Staff Council

Staff Council is a peer-elected committee tasked with addressing staff policies and benefits, the provision of formal communication for all Pitzer staff members, voting on behalf of staff at College Council, serving as representatives on College Governance Committees, and providing certain resources and benefits for staff. Our collective voice helps to ensure that Pitzer staff are an active part of our community.

Staff Training and Professional Development Funding

The Staff Training and Professional Development (STPD) fund provides the opportunity for staff to attain new skills or knowledge in a manner that will enhance a staff member’s performance and be of specific benefit to the department and College. Click here for more information and to apply!

Staff Social Committee developed a program for the community to express their appreciation for Pitzer College staff whose hard work and dedication often goes unnoticed. Staff Council has taken on the program and encourages all community members (Faculty, Staff, and Students) to recognize our Pitzer Staff from our office staff, our facilities team, dining services, and more for their work and contributions to the Pitzer College community.
